Do you offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in all cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta. You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,000; otherwise a flat Rs. 250 is charged. Orders reach 1–3 working days in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 3–5 working days in other cities.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange unused, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong or expired items are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number. You will also receive the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is shipped.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Courier companies in Pakistan do not allow opening parcels before payment, but if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect we will replace or refund it after you share an unboxing photo or video.
